Public Employees Benefit Trust (PEBT) is established to meet the healthcare needs of Public Sector employees. The PEBT Trust is available through collective bargaining. Eligible employees are defined in accordance with the language in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Amendment to the MOU.

PEBT is a Labor Trust where enrollment is open to union and non-union employees of public entities. Refer to the Summary Plan Description for the PEBT eligibility rules.

If you currently have other group health coverage and do not wish to enroll at this time, you may preserve your right to enroll anytime later in the year, if your situation changes, by completing a Waiver of Coverage form. Information on Open Enrollment, your COBRA rights and Waiver of Coverage forms are also contained on the site.
